Dr madden seems to have a very rigid definition of what the "right" trans experience is, and seems almost suspicious of people with different narratives than hers. I also suspect that she's been transitioned for so long that she's forgotten or repressed memories of the psychological trauma that most trans people suffer from, going so far as to completely invalidate how I felt, saying that, looking back she doesn't know why it was so important for her to transition and proceeded to made me feel bad about having mental health issues, made comments comparing herself now, to me, when I was pre-transition at the time.
