Jungian-oriented individual psychotherapy provides a space for you to listen deeply to yourself. Working with your dreams can be an important part of the process. Using sandplay, and including your journaling and other expressions are all elements of the depth psychotherapy work that we can do together. A Jungian approach to depth psychotherapy and analysis makes a space for you as a whole person - mind, body, and spirit.

As a psychiatrist and homeopath, I have considerable experience working with individuals who have experienced serious suffering as part of their life story. Most of my patients have experienced some sort of trauma at some point in their lives. A deep exploration of oneself can be extremely beneficial in the context of serious psychological and spiritual suffering.

Over the years I have worked with a wide range of psychological and mind-body issues (icluding depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, psychotic conditions, anxiety disorders, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, as well as less severe difficulties). I also work with couples on relationship issues.
