Nikole is a very nice, understanding, compassionate and sweet lady. She has always helped me out with what I need and has been very understanding of my almost nonexistent financial situation. She is more than just a hormone doctor, though, so be sure to let her know about whatever may be troubling you. However, the staff at Choices needs a lot of work. The receptionists do not do their job very well at all. I've never had a very good experience with the front desk. They get appointments mixed up, they neglected to call me to reschedule an appointment when Nikole was supposed to be out all that week when they had plenty of time to double check if they had contacted everyone, yet they did not contact me and I currently live very far away from there so it is a hassle to get out there, especially with my lack of money. They almost screwed up my rescheduled appointment as well. If I had not called to double check on it, I would not have gotten to see my doctor because they said it had somehow been canceled even though I had not cancelled it at all and I told them many times before I left that I NEEDED to see Nikole. Unfortunately, you have to go through the front desk to get an appointment and Nikole is always very busy, but you should call as soon as you can in order to set up an appointment for whenever she has one available. Again, Nikole is a very nice person and a good doctor... It's just the front desk staff that do not know what they're doing.
