Nanine Henderson, DO
We don't have a description for this provider yet. Can you help?
Back in 2008, I was seeing a therapist in the same building who referred me to Dr Henderson. It was super easy to get in to see her and get started on T. The staff were always courteous though a bit disorganized.
However, knowing what I now know about hormones, I don't think Dr Henderson had any clue what she was doing. I was on way too high of a starting dose, which only went up during my time with her. The normal effects (and side effects) were amplified, and looking back, I'm surprised I was able to keep my shit together. On top of that, when I went in with (obvious to me now) UTI symptoms, they did nothing and told me nothing about what that was or how to prevent them.
Basically, I would only suggest seeing Dr Henderson if you need a prescribing doc, and don't have better options. Hopefully, she has learned a few things in the past few years, but I would still consult with other folks about dosages (and do your own research too).
