Ruth M. Rothstein CORE Center
The CORE Foundation is a public-private venture between Cook County and Rush University Medical Center. It was established in 1994 to develop and build the Ruth M. Rothstein CORE Center. The CORE Foundation promotes and supports the work of the CORE Center, in addition to ownership responsibilities. The CORE Foundation has also developed and implemented innovative programs for local community-based organizations to improve health care service delivery for minorities at risk for and living with HIV/AIDS.
The CORE Clinic provides testing, assessment and scheduling for an initial appointments. Patients can also schedule a PrEP assessment appointment by calling 312-572-4500 and speaking directly to an Access Line Agent, who can schedule an appointment in minutes.
