Founded in 2011, the primary mission of Transgender Fort Wayne is to provide advocacy, support and education while serving to create coalitions in northeast Indiana (the Fort Wayne metro area) to unify and empower transgender and gender non-conformist communities.

This group’s meeting time is 6:30 pm to 9:00pm on the 3rd Sunday of each month. The group meets at the Northeast Indiana Diversity Library (NIDL) located in the basement of the Helmke Library on the campus of IPFW through most of the year. (2101 E. Coliseum Blvd. Fort Wayne, IN 46805)

In the summer they meet at AfterDark at 1601 S Harrison St. It is a bar so only 21+. Contact them if you are under 21 and they will try to arrange other meeting times.
