My personal experience with Claire for trans adult counseling, has been wonderful. Night and day in the comfort level I felt with other counselors I talked with over the phone, who did not work from an Informed Consent model. Some of them may have been fine counselors, but the models they were working from caused serious impediments to providing the sort of open and respectful counseling relationship needed, and the security to freely explore what is best for you, without worrying about how the counselor's perception of you and your exploration, may affect gate-keeping down the road. The dynamics are so much healthier working from this Informed Consent model, and leads to people being able to find what is right for them, instead of feeling unintended pressure in one direction or another because of a gate keeping dynamic inherent in other models. If a counselor understands this, it is likely a sign of a deeper understanding of the needs of trans clients, and this is certainly the case with Claire.

I have also heard several friends (two involving teens falling in the LGBTQI+ spectrums) recommend Claire from their personal experiences. (Both the teens and the parents recommended Claire.) I would trust Claire with my own kid, or loved one, that falls in the communities that Claire specializes in.
