I believe that you can benefit from therapy and from sharing your thoughts and feelings with an objective person. Over the years I have supported clients to: identify anxiety triggers, develop tools to manage depressive symptoms and understand the imprint that trauma leaves on the mind and body. I have worked with clients to navigate career changes and overcome office politics and related stress. I take a conversational approach to therapy. You lead the conversation based on your needs and we work as partners in the therapeutic process.
My clinical expertise is working with trauma survivors and on-going issues with self-esteem and relationships. I have a clinical interest in supporting clients to manage chronic symptoms of anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with couples and facilitating groups too.
I am a trained yoga instructor and incorporate aspects of yoga including; asana, breathing exercises and meditation into my clinical practice. I can utilize yoga in both individual and group sessions.
