Billy Ledford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#7030) specializing in individual, couples and group therapy, and maintains a private practice in Monroe, LA.

Billy's primary approach to therapy is called Rapid Resolution Therapy that helps individuals to resolve trauma, panic and anxiety, complicated grief and many other issues in one to three sessions. He also uses a version of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy that draws heavily from his training in Rational Living Therapy, The Work of Byron Katie, and Integrative Restoration. He also has much experience and training in Rapid Reduction Technique (for PTSD), Motivational Enhancement Therapy, the 12-Step recovery model, non-defensive communication styles, mindfulness meditation, spiritual development, and hypnotherapy.

His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
