Dr. Eaton has been great. She hasn't gendered us and has used pretty good language in talking about procedures. We did have to attend a mandatory group session before we could get started with a counselor there. It was super uncomfortable, some homophobic/transphobic info presented. We suggested they receive a trans training after and they said they contacted Duke Gender and Sexuality Center for a trainer.
