I love Michelle, but I hate all that I have to go through to see her. She is very knowledgeable about hormones (and sexual health, etc) and super affirming, but because of the demand, it's almost impossible to view her as my actual primary care provider. She is almost always booked up to 2 months in advance. If you need to see someone for something acute like a cold or UTI, you have to schedule with some random provider (with mixed results). She devotes serious time to each patient. Most times I see her for about 45 minutes. But because of this, she is frequently behind schedule. I don't think I've ever spent less than 2 hours in this location.
